Your guests will be amazed as I stretch and make the cheese right in front of them. There isn't anything like fresh mozzarella. This is a big hit for local breweries.
The Philosophy
My Mission
Parties and gatherings are my favorite past time. I mean come on who doesn't like to get together with friends and family. Can't have a great party without great food. For years I have been inviting my friends over my house just so I can cook for them. Last summer I was having a BBQ and I said to myself, suppose I didn't like to cook what would I do for food? You can't order out and cater out and still have fresh cooked food. By the time the food gets to your party it's been sitting for a while.
That's where I come in with my home catering. I will arrive to your house three hours before the party starts to do all prepping. By the time your guest walk through the door they will have some appetizers. I'm not your typical private caterer. I do fun foods, such as made from scratch pizza like nothing you ever had come out of your oven. I'll send you to South Philly with a Cheese Steak party with fresh cut fries. I can also switch gears and do a special date night or a sit down dinner party. We will cook, serve, & clean up. I bring the restaurant to you.
